Who We Are

A Lifeline for Our Community

Phoenix House of Hope Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals with dignity as they work to meet basic needs, build life skills, and pursue stability. We serve adults and economically disadvantaged individuals across the Treasure Coast.

Founded in 2021 by a group of dedicated service providers, PHOPE was created in response to long-standing gaps in services for underserved communities — particularly those facing challenges related to poverty, mental health, substance use, homelessness, and lack of access to resources.

Through outreach, partnerships, collaboration, civic engagement, and capacity building, Phoenix House of Hope has become a lifeline for those seeking support and opportunity.

Dedicated case managers work one-on-one with clients to assess needs and develop personalized action plans. Following assessment, we provide warm referrals to trusted community agencies — including mental health counseling, detox and substance use treatment, domestic violence services, and other specialized providers — ensuring every client is connected to the right level of care.

Our counseling program is the cornerstone of how we help — a holistic, person-centered approach that addresses housing, financial knowledge, and long-term sustainability all at once.
